MONTHLY STUDIOS

BMR has 42 individual studio spaces of varying sizes available for rent on a month-to-month basis.  Our monthly tenants enjoy 24/7/365 coded entry access to their studios.  The facility is carefully monitored round-the-clock by state-of-the-art video surveillance and security systems.

RATES

• Competitive rates starting at $325 per month.
• Month-to-month contracts only.
• Up to 2 bands per unit is permitted with additional fee of $50 per month.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit equal to half of the monthly unit rental rate is due at the time of move-in.  The security deposit is fully refundable if a 30-day written notice of intent to vacate is given, and no other breach of contract has occurred (i.e. no damage to the facilities, etc.).
